One NoteGuide account works for NoteGuide Medical, NoteGuide Mental Health, or both. Each product still needs its own active subscription from APRN Academy.

Sign in once. After you add NoteGuide to your Home Screen, it can reopen without asking for your password each time. Your phone's Face ID or passcode still protects the device.

Signing out, clearing Safari or app data, or switching to another browser or device means signing in again.

Accounts hold your email and license status only. Clinical notes stay on your device and are never sent to a server. No HIPAA compliance claim is made.
