Terms of use

NoteGuide Medical is a documentation support tool for licensed clinicians. Using it means you accept the terms below.

What this product is

NoteGuide Medical helps you structure a history and physical, organise what you entered, and review your own documentation. It is educational and organisational support, not a medical device and not a clinical decision maker.

Clinician responsibility

NoteGuide does not diagnose, prescribe, or bill for you. It never invents clinical findings and never creates time you did not spend. You confirm every diagnosis, order and code, and you verify current payer and state rules before anything is submitted. Codes and rules shown in the app are candidates and summaries with review dates, not authority.

No billing or claims

The app does not submit claims, confirm coverage, or guarantee payment. Your practice and biller remain responsible for claims and for compliance with payer contracts.

Your account and subscription

Accounts are personal to one clinician. Plans are purchased at APRN Academy, which handles billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds. Access to charting continues while the NoteGuide Medical subscription on your account is active, including through the end of a period you have already paid for. Do not share credentials.

Your data

Clinical content stays on your device, so keeping backups and keeping the device secure is your responsibility. Clearing browser storage, losing the device, or uninstalling removes the charting held on it.

Acceptable use

Do not enter patient identifiers, do not resell or redistribute the rule content, and do not attempt to bypass the subscription check.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Content and rules are updated as guidance changes; review dates are shown on the rules page.
